Have an event but not the equipment? We might be able to help! Read the guidelines to make sure your organization and event are eligible for rentals, and continue to the Google form attached below to complete the process. Most rent-able equipment is free of charge.
Rules and Guidelines when renting out UPC equipment:
- You must be a member of a Student Senate recognized organization.
- The event you are renting equipment for must take place on campus.
- If renting food related equipment, you and/or your organization must provide the food supplies.
- If renting food related equipment, the machine must be in the same condition that it was received (clean). If it is not, UPC has the right to charge a maintenance fee of $10.
- UPC has the right to charge for any damaged, broken, or missing equipment.
- UPC also has the right to charge an inconvenience fee of $10 if the organization renting the equipment is late or does not show up to the pick up or drop off time.
- Decorations and non-reusable items are not for rent.
- The Productions Chairman is required to accompany the sound system if rented out for an event. A small fee will be charged per hour in respect for his or her services.
- Please submit rental requests at least 1.5-2 weeks prior to your event.
When filling out the Google form, please allow the Productions Chairman 2-3 weekdays to respond. Please keep in mind that your request is not confirmed until you receive a response from the Productions Chairman. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!
